As the students packed up and left the dorms for the summer, volunteers from the Residence Hall Association worked hard to collect and deliver all the food for the Hays County Food Bank. Volunteers, like those pictured here, worked hard during the last week of school to bring loads of food that the dorm students no longer needed. Large bags and boxes of snack bars, cereal, canned veggies, single-serving meals, and – you guessed it – Ramen noodles, were delivered throughout the week.
The RHA food drive helped replenish our shelves during our time of need. Thank you to the Texas State students who donated food, and especially to those who donated their time! Go, Bobcats!
